The superb handling of the MINI John Cooper Works Challenge is thanks in part to its John Cooper Works Aerodynamic Kit, which is also available as accessory part or included in the Sport Pack, consisting of a racing-specification front spoiler and rear diffuser.

In combination these components not only negate lift, but also produce downforce in proportion to increased speed. The kit is designed to provide equal aerodynamic downforce on front and rear axles.
